Region and shipping
Returns described here apply to orders shipped to addresses in the United States unless we confirm otherwise in writing. International shipments may follow different carrier rules and timelines.
Eligibility
You may request a return for sealed, unused products in original packaging when permitted by the product category and local rules. Opened food supplements may not be eligible for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.
Time window
Contact us within fourteen days of delivery for change-of-mind cases where the product remains sealed and the category allows returns. Defect or shipping-error cases should be reported promptly with photos when helpful.
Process
Send a message through the contact form with your order reference and reason. We reply with instructions and, where applicable, a return label or address.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Non-returnable items
Items marked non-returnable on the product page, opened consumables where hygiene applies, or goods returned without approval may be declined.
